Love this apartment complex! The staff are so friendly, professional, and helpful! We just moved in, and although there was a list of maintenance items needed, they promptly got them scheduled and taken care of for us! Frank, our maintenance tech, was fantastic. Super attentive to detail, very skilled in his craft, and didn’t settle for “good enough” he made sure everything was perfect! Jessica in the office also made move-in a breeze! Thank you all! Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I’ve never been helped with such great customer service as I experienced with Veronica. She helped guide me through the whole process of getting a home here very quickly and easily answered all of my questions leaving no doubt. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever had!! I would choose Veronica’s help over anyone else’s any day because she made the process so easy. I need more stars on the rating scale to give her service the credit it needs!!

A big thank you to Frank the maintenance tech at Clairmont @ Brier Creek for installing my two ceiling fans. He's very courteous and professional. Frank updated me on the progress as I was at work. I appreciated the call beforehand to make sure it was ok to enter my unit. I'm a new tenant and I have to say that I'm very pleased overall with the community and the excellent customer service that I receive from everyone in the office ( Veronica, Chris and Jessica). I'm definitely enjoying my new home.

Verónica was very helpful. You tell her what you are interested in and she will help you find the perfect apartment. If it is over your budget she would look endlessly to find one in your budget. All of the staff here are very kind and helpful. It is beautiful here. She even spoke Spanish. I 100% recommend living here!!
