My move-in experience was absolutely amazing. The leasing officer Riley was extremely helpful! He worked around my hectic schedule thus making the process smooth the amenities are great so is having access to tons of activities here in the Brier Creek area!

great schools and shopping we are so close to everything from schools to the airport to the malls of raleigh, it's super easy to live here, i can walk to walmart if I want and their is a hospital right around the corner and other major hospitals like duke and rex no more than 20 minutes away. very convieniant to everything and a great maint. staff!

Not so Fancy For a pretty new apartment complex ( 2 years) I feel that my rent is going more to our amenities than the apartment itself. We do have a beautiful pool but the upkeep on the hammocks, gazebo is lacking. We have a gated community yet the back gate is broken so many people by pass the main gate and come in the back ( yeah that doesn't make me feel comfortable). Overall for the price its not living up to the location but I do like my location and have met some really good friends here.

Lovely Brier Creek I love living at Clairmont at Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC! It has all the amenities wanted (such as a movie theater, resort pool, video game room, game room, gas grilles, outdoor TV and fireplace, and more)! Located just a short 5 minute drive to RDU International Airport and being smack-dab in the middle of Raleigh and Durham, it's location is perfect!

Friendly and Helpful Staff Moving in this past weekend was great. I changed my size apartment at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. They are willing to fix any issues as I need it. I already love this community.

Wonderful transition I just relocated to Raleigh and just moved into this complex. The staff is awesome friendly and accommodating. I love my apartment. You get a lot for what you pay! Spacious clean. Love my new home. The amenities are resort style. Thank you!

Clairmont at Brier Creek is an awesome place to live. The staff are friendly and really want to get to know you. The new club house and pool are so nice and are always kept very clean. After putting in multiple maintence request, all have been completeled in a timely manner, usually within the next day. I would very highly recommend living here!

My lease manager has been completely relational, down to earth and honest. The staff is great, as are the events and apartments. In Raleigh there are tons of apartments. The staff here have made all the difference!
