A big thank you to Frank the maintenance tech at Clairmont @ Brier Creek for installing my two ceiling fans. He's very courteous and professional. Frank updated me on the progress as I was at work. I appreciated the call beforehand to make sure it was ok to enter my unit. I'm a new tenant and I have to say that I'm very pleased overall with the community and the excellent customer service that I receive from everyone in the office ( Veronica, Chris and Jessica). I'm definitely enjoying my new home.

Verónica was very helpful. You tell her what you are interested in and she will help you find the perfect apartment. If it is over your budget she would look endlessly to find one in your budget. All of the staff here are very kind and helpful. It is beautiful here. She even spoke Spanish. I 100% recommend living here!!

We've lived here for 5 years and absolutely love it!. The staff is awesome and responds quickly to any issues we might have, which have been few and far between. They know us and call us by name whenever we see them. It's like an extended family! The grounds are clean and well maintained. If I had to complain it would be about the residents that don't pick up after their dogs. Other than that, we have no intention of moving anywhere anytime soon..Home Sweet Home!!!
