I had a maintenance request for electrical regarding lights & electrical sockets--Sam was very knowledgeable and explained everything and Light fixture just needed a new bulb and sockets were explained thoroughly! Thank you Sam :)

I have only been here about 3 weeks but I really love this place. Yes, the walls are thin but one should expect that in apartment living! I would recommend living here... you will not be disappointed.

Moving to a new location is tough becuase you never know how it will go. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place to live. The staff & maintenance are fantastic. The location is perfect. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby along with the airport. My place is the perfect size and is clean and very nice. I use the gym & pool frequently. There are even hammocks to hang out on which is awesome!! Thank you Clairmont!

My husband and I moved here in May and the place is great! The rooms are large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and it is so close to everything. I think the furthest place we had to go to was about 20 minutes away. We love it here.

Beautiful, incredible place to live. The staff has been extremely helpful since my arrival. I have seen a lot of negative posts on here about numerous things, but I can tell you that they obviously have not had the experience that I've had. If I could give it 6 stars I would!!!

Have lived in the complex for about a week and has been great. The staff made it very easy for me set up with everything I needed. Facilities look great, unit is great, building stays quiet. The staff has done a great job fostering a community feeling at Clairemont. They have hosted several events including a community-wide Easter Egg Hunt. But, what i've most appreciated about my experience is how they treated my mom when she visited. Chris was nice enough to give my mom a ride to Kohl's as she didn't have a car for the day. While at Kohl's my mom lost her cell phone and was in a bit of a panic. The staff at Clairemont went above and beyond in helping me coordinate rides for my mom to go back and forth from Kohl's, use office telephones to get a hold of me, and walk to my apartment to tell her we had found the phone. So far, the staff has gone above and beyond in making me and my guests feel comfortable.
