As usual, Frank delivers the very best service. Our air conditioner froze up last night and thankfully we had fans we could use until Frank could come to our rescue this morning. In less than an hour we were up and running again! Thank you Frank! As always, you're the best!

We have a rising college senior on the waitlist for housing, so we called and left a voicemail message inquiring of available units. Within about 30 minutes, Sharonette Smart returned the call, guided us to some options on the website, and we scheduled a date and time to visit. Unfortunately, another potential resident completed their application for the unit before we did, and she called to inform us and provided some of possible options. Her customer service is impeccable!

The property and apartment are great. Sharonette in the office made the leasing process painless. I have had only one of the three maintenance requests made at the time of move-in addressed. The maintenance men who addressed the first issue of my thermostat, Henry and Frank, were thorough and very friendly. I requested that the ceiling lights, which I had to purchase out of pocket, be installed over a week ago, but the issue has yet to be addressed. We have the Terminix man come from time to time especially when it rains a lot and, in this heat, I have a tendency of seeing bugs around. But let me tell you when he comes, I have no problems. He is very friendly and always listens to what I have to say or suggest.

I have nothing by nice things to say about our maintenance people. Frank came and fixed the icemaker in the freezer and Harry came and fixed the dryer. Both guys did a wonderful job. I have not had a problem with either thing since.
