I moved to CAC earlier this year and it was the best decision! This community reminds me of one in the area of NC where my family is from. Everyone speaks to each other, and the neighbors become like family members who look out for you and your family as well. I love the location because we are literally near just about anything you’d need or want. Grocery stores, gas, shopping, it’s all within a mile. The staff goes above and beyond (not just to get you in, but they maintain the friendliness too). Definitely recommended!!

I recommend these apartments due to the fact it fills like home. The large windows for the sun to shine’ Surrounded by the famous stores! Come and join us for the upscale living and beautiful landscape!!

I love my home! The grounds are always clean, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, neighbors are friendly, and it is quiet. I enjoy the activities our management team puts together for the community. It goes to show how friendly the staff is to engage with us. I feel safe and love the location. I'm not going anywhere!

I been to other complexes and i found this one the cleanest and the staff are wonderful. You are close to all shopping. The residents are friendly and hard working people. I have been here since the end of Oct. and love it.

Months ago we'd narrowed down our very extensive list and visited the area from New England with a spreadsheet of potential homes for us. After visiting over a dozen on a weekend we settled on Clairmont at Chesterfield! The layouts, grounds amenities are well done and beautifully kept up! The staff has been wonderful regarding any and all of our needs. We moved during the pandemic and all accommodations were made for our safety. We can't wait to use the fitness room, pool and our nieces and nephews are excited to use the theater room to watch 'Aunt Susan's movies'.. The area can't be beat with the stores, shops, recreation and restaurants that surround us - within a mile or so! Walking the property will get you plenty of exercise! Sidewalks surround it everywhere. The entry ways are spacious and as elegant as the interiors. Seems like they have activities and such for residents in the 'normal' times, which is nice. They have a really well done Instagram page too. Our only suggestion for the Clairmont cleaning staff was a little more attention to detail in the interior and to clean the porches and windows for move ins. Also, finding out about how recycling is done was something we had to dig for. There is a 'cardboard only' bin near the playground but two folks told us we could put bottles and cans in there too? This could be made a bit more convenient and clear. Can't wait to lounge around the pool and soak up the 'resort' atmosphere! Many thanks! 🏊‍♀️🏋️‍♀️☀️🌴
