During May 2023, before my lease was up, employees of the Clairmont at Hillandale leasing office went into my apartment and divided my belongings amongst themselves. I had given my intent to not renew my lease in March 2023. When I arrived to my apartment after being away for work May 19, 2023, the only things left were the things in the pictures attached. I just want to give a shout out to the maintenance staff at Clairmont at Hillandale Apartment Homes in Durham. I have lived here for five years and am totally impressed with their attention to fast customer service. When I submit a maintenance request online, they always react with a solution/repair in less than a day which is amazing.

The apartments are well laid out. The Maintanance group are the best ever-but the floors are paper thin, so any noise from upstairs neighbors are very destructive . When upstairs neighbors are noisy all night and reported to the management, the response is "can't do anything about it" I would not recommend this complex to anyone!

It looks super sketchy when you have like 15 rave reviews all by the same person. If you're going to spam fake reviews to pump up your ratings, at least keep more than on fake account.
