I have been here almost a year, and would recommend Clairmont to anyone. It's quiet, the apartment has more windows that I've ever had and the natural light is a huge bonus. The maintenance staff is honestly the best. They are super fast to respond, kind, and go out of their way to make sure everything is running smooth. They are the face we see everyday and it's a pleasure,

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY APARTMENT HERE AT CLAIRMONT AT HILLANDALE !!! The office staff are super helpful and professional, the maintenance is amazing! The clubhouse is so beautiful and clean. 10/10

From the phone call into the office about inquiring apartments, the Staff provided details about their apartments and courteous. In the application process Staff was helpful in explaining their process. The apartment are spacious with crown molding and large cabinets (fixtures) so I didn’t have to buy additional furniture. It was clean, no smells or deteriorations. Clairmont at Hillandale has the best maintenance staff! Any maintenance repair I've requested has been addressed immediately and is usually resolved in a day or less. I absolutely love living here.

We just moved in to our place about a week ago, after which we noticed an issue with the dishwasher. Staff came right away and fixed the issue. Honestly it is a breath of fresh air from some other places I've stayed at.
