Hello, I am a resident at Clairmont@Hillandale. My experience has been excellent since day one of becoming interested in this property. I can’t believe it has almost been a year since I moved in. Ms. Laura, and Ms. Kim at the management office always provide excellent customer service, and respond promptly to questions/ concerns. My maintenance request are often completed next day. Lived here for four years and it's been an excellent experience. I am not a big fan of the bright spot lights that have been recently installed on some of the buildings as they shine DIRECTLY into peoples bedrooms and living rooms at all hours of the night, even on the top floor, and I wish someone would have made a different decision on that lighting choice. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently. The maintenance men/women are courteous and professional.
I have only lived here about a month and a half. I have placed 3 maintenance requests in that time period. All of those requests were handled in a timely and professional manner. Management even double checked to make sure that I was happy with the experience.
I love living at Clairmont at Hillandale. It's a community that is close to everything in the area - you can get almost anywhere in minutes. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is always immediately addressed with a pleasant smile and professional service.
All of my work orders are completed within 24 hours and Kim was very helpful during my tour and my move in process! I don't hear much highway noise from my building and I have enjoyed living at CAH.
I've been here almost 2 years. I picked Clairmont because it's close to my place of employment and they had what I needed: A 2 Br apartment and a garage. Maintenance has always been quick to respond. The office staff are always friendly, even when they want you to hand over your Yankees gear! The grounds are clean and the neighbors are (mostly) quiet.
