I have lived here for two years and this is place is fantastic! Out of all the places I've lived in Durham the past five years, this has been the best experience. Laura and Kim in the leasing office are always proactive and great listeners with the needs of residents. These ladies definitely deserve a raise! During the pandemic the complex took great measures to keep us safe. Also, they do monthly giveaways or pandemic safe activities to create a sense of community. The apartments are also very modern and for a great price.

The kitchen sink began leaking. I submitted a maintenance request, which was very simple to do, and they came the next day to fix it. All is working well now. Excellent customer service.

It’s the customer service for me from the time I call to the time I enter the office in person! Kim and Laura work together as a team and they are very welcoming. Nice area, clean new appliances… so far so good can’t wait to move in!

Hello, I am a resident at Clairmont@Hillandale. My experience has been excellent since day one of becoming interested in this property. I can’t believe it has almost been a year since I moved in. Ms. Laura, and Ms. Kim at the management office always provide excellent customer service, and respond promptly to questions/ concerns. My maintenance request are often completed next day.
