If you're going to tow people who LIVE in the apartment complex you should have assigned parking! I have lived here for 3 years and it's been a continued issue. You can be a guest and park anywhere while a resident may have to park minutes away (where it could get broken into or stolen), although we pay a HEFTY SUM to LIVE here. This is why you can't keep residents. I've WITNESSED 2 hit and runs in the parking lot with my own eyes. (They don't even have cameras around the complex.) The towing service is authorized to tow vehicles that are not parked in a real parking space, or are parked in a handicap space without proper tags. We want our residents to love living here and are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your experience.

Management needs more training or simply needs to be replaced. They will deny your application for no reason and attempt to keep your application fee.
Let’s just start off by saying the staff is all new from 2-3 years ago. Staff need customer service training don’t know how to talk to people. You address them with a hello good morning have a nice day no response. Maintenance some do they job, some run in and out they’re house all day. The up keep up the neighborhood has declined. There is trash of all types of Crocs, Water Bottles, etc on top of the breezeway entrance roofs look so ghetto. The speed bumps are broke and laying in the grass has not been replaced. We have placed a maintenance order to get the speed bumps and the lights fixed, in addition to having the trash removed from the roof. The parking situation in the last year has gotten ridiculous. It’s someone who have an assigned parking space then she occupies about 2-3 other space. No consideration at Least to be fair because the parking situation is out of hand either assigned parking and or 1free car anything additional after 1 car should be charged a monthly fee it’s really sad that if you live in building 8510 you have to park damn near by the gate on Wildwood Forest Drive. I moved in Feb 2021. The front office and maintenance staff are respectful and responsive! The Garbage situation is HORRIFIC and it has been HORRIFIC EVERY MONTH since I moved in. I was referred to Crystal Crosby who is no longer responding to my concerns. I would like to know how to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT and speak with the next person in charge!!!
