Very nice neighborhood the maintenance team ROCKS the ladies that work in the office ROCK but Over the last few months the garbage and recycling bins have been very, very overwhelming to the point I feel rodents are probably soon to come if they not here already especially the 1st floor apartments. The residents seem to not know the difference between garbage and recycling because they always put their garbage in recycling bins versus the garbage compactor. I have lived in Clairmont Perry Creek for going into 4 years and this maintenance team has been amazing since Day 1, especially Eugene who is very knowledgeable. I am so happy that I chose Clairmont Perry Creek so much until I’m on my 2nd lease term here. Great community and great Leasing agents as well. Ms Laura, Ms Peggy and Marquita are all amazing. ❤️❤️

Recently moved in 2 weeks ago and had some concerns in the beginning that was resolved quickly and I’ve seen a big difference every since. Loving our new place for sure and a good choice I feel for now.

Good place to live in, affordable and peaceful. Nice common areas but they need to be kept cleaned. As well as the walls in the apartments need to be cleaned. People don't take care of them too often.
