Nice apartment homes, price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and professional. However community needs more trash disposal bends needed. Maintenance request performed in a reasonable time frame. Also the community could use more mainstream cleaning in common areas, walkways, staircase, general sweaping and removal of cobwebs around residents front door/ common area. Nice grill and pool area.

We had the best experience yesterday with Clairmont! My husband and I had to find an apartment to move in that same day and Peggy (who works in the leasing office) was more helpful than you could ever ask for! Not only was the apartment she showed us amazing, beautiful, and spacious (we ended up renting it) but the service was astounding. Love it, Love it, Love it I have been a residence since April of this year and I am so in love. The property is very beautiful and the staff does a great job to keep it clean and looking nice. There is always a family function that the leasing office has such as pool events, trivia night, and much more. Of course we may have noisy neighbors but as soon as you make staff away, it is handled. The leasing staff are down to earth and very considerate.
