Monet G Is seriously incredible. I was needing to find an apartment fast and she went above and beyond to answer my million questions and i never once felt like a burden to her even tho im sure she had a million other things to do. She made sure that my application and what i needed was easy to understand and do and she was just as excited as i was to be approved for my new home! I love the area, you are less than one mile from 540 belt line; the community is quiet with great luxury amenities and the larger one bedroom apartments are really nice and spacious with a great layout. Not to mention you are surrounded by great shopping centers such as Triangle Town Center shopping mall. More over, I want to give a HUUUUGGGEEE shout out to my leasing consultant, Monet Gilliam!!! A FOUR STAR BECAUSE I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!! I’m going to start off by saying I have been a resident for about 3 1/2 years and CLAIRMONT At Perry has changed drastically from the office staff to the neighborhood itself. I have been staying here for about 3 years now and I love it. Parking is bad as it will be with any complex I feel but what I really love is the price and amount of space you get. The apartment applicants are up to date. I also really love the maintenance crew and how diligent they are about fixing problems. If I put in a work request they typically come in the next day and fix it. If they don’t have the part to fix it they communicate that and get it fix in a timely manner.
