Nice apartment homes, price is reasonable. Staff is friendly and professional. However community needs more trash disposal bends needed. Maintenance request performed in a reasonable time frame. Also the community could use more mainstream cleaning in common areas, walkways, staircase, general sweaping and removal of cobwebs around residents front door/ common area. Nice grill and pool area.

We had the best experience yesterday with Clairmont! My husband and I had to find an apartment to move in that same day and Peggy (who works in the leasing office) was more helpful than you could ever ask for! Not only was the apartment she showed us amazing, beautiful, and spacious (we ended up renting it) but the service was astounding. We have lived in the complex for 5 years and let me tell you Shelli the property manager now is by far the best out of all the ones that has worked in that office. She is on top of things get things taken care of with a smile on her face she has such a sweet spirit. She goes above and beyond in getting things taken care of. A five star lady.

I am very pleased with the entire complex … it is very family-friendly. The building is always kept up or if we have an issue the maintenance answers any requests very quickly. I’m extremely grateful for the mgmt office, Dion M has been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have ever had and returns calls promptly. We have been residence since 2020 and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! This is home!
