We had the best experience yesterday with Clairmont! My husband and I had to find an apartment to move in that same day and Peggy (who works in the leasing office) was more helpful than you could ever ask for! Not only was the apartment she showed us amazing, beautiful, and spacious (we ended up renting it) but the service was astounding. We have lived in the complex for 5 years and let me tell you Shelli the property manager now is by far the best out of all the ones that has worked in that office. She is on top of things get things taken care of with a smile on her face she has such a sweet spirit. She goes above and beyond in getting things taken care of. A five star lady.

I am very pleased with the entire complex … it is very family-friendly. The building is always kept up or if we have an issue the maintenance answers any requests very quickly. I’m extremely grateful for the mgmt office, Dion M has been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have ever had and returns calls promptly. We have been residence since 2020 and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! This is home!

Almost all the lights hanging over the building/apartment numbers are out and some of the lights on the building are out not working also. Very few buildings have both lights working. This is not something management or maintenance can see because they’re not on the premises in the evening to observe.The lights by the garbage disposal walk way are very dim practically out.

This review is for Clairmont at Perry creek property. The place itself is very poorly maintained. This is my second time residing at this property and I can tell that from the last time I was there the property became a ghetto place. The apartment smelled like marihuana and not bc the previous tenants smoked the stuff, but bc the neighbors did and it infested the entire building.
