The parking situation in the last year has gotten ridiculous. It’s someone who have an assigned parking space then she occupies about 2-3 other space. No consideration at Least to be fair because the parking situation is out of hand either assigned parking and or 1free car anything additional after 1 car should be charged a monthly fee it’s really sad that if you live in building 8510 you have to park damn near by the gate on Wildwood Forest Drive. I moved in Feb 2021. The front office and maintenance staff are respectful and responsive! The Garbage situation is HORRIFIC and it has been HORRIFIC EVERY MONTH since I moved in. I was referred to Crystal Crosby who is no longer responding to my concerns. I would like to know how to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT and speak with the next person in charge!!!

Trash is everywhere looks horrible. They need more dumpsters !

The lack of communication during the application process was terrible. Whether the application is approved or denied, I will be looking to live somewhere else. I was advised of a 2 business day turn around and here it is 1 week later, with me reaching out several times via email and over the phone with no response back.

It depends on who does the maintenance to the degree of what you are asking. The guy who installed my fan...amazing.. The guy who fixed the garbage disposal...amazing. My sprayer for the kitchen is still not working correctly and my door still doesn't lock and unlock correctly.

I love, love, love my apartment but the parking in the back is horrible and some of the residents obviously haven’t figured out the difference between the recycling dumpster and the trash area or are just too lazy other than those 2 things my building is quite and not a whole lot of traffic and noise I hope it stays that way at least for the remainder of our lease...fingers crossed:)
