Jordan Fiel-did an excellent job spraying the various parts of you yard and backyard deck. He also cleaned up the spider webs around the roof area. Will continue to service as needed.
Our technician Jordan Fiel has been excellent. He's been thorough at setting traps and sealing entry points, and he's reliable, timely, and communicates well with us. Our rodent problems have been kept under control as a result.

The service technicians are great, it's the office staff that needs major improvement. The calls are not handled with care and concern; the accounting process leave a LOT to be desired.
Did not solve the rat problem at all. Had to keep asking them to return and check things. Ended up hiring a different pest company to resolve the issue Other exterior pest service was fine.
1. The gate is never locked and 1 time we did not get the back yard sprayed. 2. We are still waiting for the rest of the wasp nest to taken down and for the vents to be installed so that the wasps cannot come back.
