Need contact with the Clark person for requests.
When they come to do the service they are here for probably 15 minutes or less. I am not sure if they even spray around the deck. We have spider webs around the house about 3 days after they have sprayed and I feel that they do not get all of the webs down when they come. Spiders are back within a couple of days. There are white dots on the overhang on the front porch from where they spray there. I have not had this problem with the services I have used before. Not happy with Clark.

I have had two techs come so far, and am still waiting for yellow jacket traps to be serviced.
Nobody from customer service responds to email requests. I get emails saying I will be contacted and nothing happens. I keep asking for schedule adjustments and nobody responds. The technicians are GREAT... the customer service is awful
We’ve been customers for about 11 years. We moved here and the ants. Just. Kept. Coming. It was unbelievable. At least 9 months of ants in my house. Corey is our main provider. He has explained the how’s and why’s of the infestation and to this day will listen to my ant stories and investigate when a new invasion starts. By giving me a time not staying home all day he has not come yet and it is 3:00pm
Tech went extra step & checked out & reset old rat traps under the house. Let him know we just set mouse traps in the garage as we there was a nest reported in a car engine.
You rate a 10 on your technicians, ON EVERYTHING they do from workmanship to dealing with your customers. If ever asked to change companies the person asking would immediately be escorted out of my home!!!
