Ange was terrific. He returned as a follow up, When the regular tech did his scheduled spray. I was in the shower when the tech arrived & by the time I came to the door he was gone. I went around my house & spotted the incomplete job, called the office & asked to have the tech return. The office receptionist told me she contacted the tech & he would return as he was still in the area. Since Clark Pest Control treated the house almost a year ago, we haven't seen one ant. They are very courteous and call ahead of time. I highly recommend them.
CLARK PEST CONTROL DOES A GREAT JOB AND TECHNICIANS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITHN.
We have a pest problem in our kitchen. When the Clark technician came to our house he told us he would need a sample of the bug in order to complete the analysis. I would have appreciated Clark telling us this when we made the appointment. This would expedite the process.
Is it possible to go paperless in the system? I used to get email reminders to pay my bills, but now I don't.

Canceled because I reduce to no lawn or gophers ( artifical grass)... needed spray for spiders and ants once every 2 weeks...price went up rather than decreased for less service ? I think $119 is a lot for one quick spraying every 2 weeks, but then maybe it is the going price? ( I will check other companies )
There are Rat Droppings on the side of the house, inside the garage and cabinets. Lizards inside the garage, I had previously called the office stating there were cobwebs and spiders on the windows and around the outside. The report from the service stated there were NO cobwebs??????? makes me very angry.
Jordan Fiel was our technician. He checked our crawl space for any signs of rats. He did not see any indications of rats, which was comforting. Jordan was thorough with the spray for carpenter ants. Have not seen them for some time. Great job!
