Consistently need to remind our agent to check obvious locations and follow through. Does not respond to texts or follow up calls.
We requested service for a wasp nest removal in a roof vent and were unethically misled into signing a 1 year contract which we could not cancel even hours after noticing our 'mistake'. We cannot see any impact of these monthly services on our home environment, no good advice, no evidence anyone has been to our house nor any evidence that they have done any services. We have been regular quarterly customers for 10 or 15 years. Our current service technician Devon is excellent in every way. Devon is GREAT! For many years our cost for the service was approximately $ 98. Then all of a sudden it jumped to $ 130.00 When we inquired why, someone left us a very terse voice mail that it's because we are are not taking service every two months. HUH??? The technicians that service our boxes every other month, and more recently for two calls regarding ants, are always on time and courteous.
More aggressive plan to rid my backyard of the rats!!!
Called because I had a rodent problem. I had to sign a contract for a year for them to do anything. They said they could do something - don't even check the traps. Did nothing. They come out and spray for ants - still have ants. Now I have a gopher problem and I will not sign another contract for no help. Very unhappy will cancel as soon as I can.
Your employer did not tell the field man to come between 9-10. We waited then called and they said they forgot to tell him. They had to spray in house. We have animals and were waiting to take them out. So inappropriate. Not happy at all.
