Repeatedly the tech has come when I was not home and did not check my rat traps inside the home. I have asked to have the bait refreshed , and they say I don’t need it. I hear rats in both the basement and attic. I am not happy with your service.
We have ants still. I told you this last month and was told someone would call. I ended up calling you and was told someone would return my call. Still waiting...4 weeks and counting.
Removed rats.
Several years now and still no pests! Your serviceman always calls a day in advance to alert me of his visit.
I still have lots of spiders webs and spiders in my back yard!!!!
I just don't understand why there is such inconsistency in the service I receive from Clark. Perhaps it is dependent on the service technician who shows up, which would mean that either Clark Pest Control does not offer proper training or there is some sort of standard that is simply not being upheld.
