I believe that Clark's Pest Control has gone over and above what I had ever expected. They also let you know what they will be watching for and what they have done, you can't ask for more. They are timely and know that being on time makes an impression - wish all would do the same! The staff have consistently polite and helpful when they come to the house. They always show up during the week they are supposed to. On one occasion, we had ants in our kitchen. I called and someone came out within 24 hours to take care of it. There was one time when a person promised to come back the next day to take care of something else. He did not show up. We've used Clark PC for several years now and our property is pest free. If there's ever a problem, I call and a technician is sent right over. Very knowledgeable re pests native to our area. Excellent service.
Two of your staff have been very helpful and proactive. Some years ago Ian rat-proofed our home very effectively and also carefully inspected for suspected bed bugs (turned out to be no evidence of them). Then about a week or so ago on the regular bimonthly visit a young man was filling in for another guy who had the route. The new guy showed initiative by fixing the weather strip on the basement door. The people that come and the people on the phone are always courteous and will check whatever needs to be done.
Jordan is great. He is always helpful and insightful. He explains what he's doing and answers all my questions. He's really helpful.
This was the first time for the Clark maintenance person to visit our home. We will have to review his performance on future visits to completely assess on-time arrival and thoroughness of treatment around our property.
Eric is by far the finest pest service person I've ever had. He's responsive, informative and does a great job. He is also quick at coming out if I ever have a problem. I can't recommend him and Clark Pest Control enough.
