Clark technicians worked for many months to solve my roof rate problem. They persisted, they found me someone to seal my roof, and I have not had a problem for 2 years. They earned my loyalty. I have used Clark for over 20 years & would not switch. Great service!
Overall been a good experience. Did tell the guy at the last service to have your termite people call me but no one has called?
I feel like I am paying a lot compared to other companies out there, and I often have to call Clark back to come back and re-spray (which they do for free). We have had some issue sin the past with missing spots and not doing a thorough job on first pass, however it has been much better as of late. Customer service is top notch
Always receive courteous service. My ant problem is under control so far. I have also been advised and the problem taken care of when a wasp nest is found.
I settled at four stars because it depends on what technician you get. My actual rating is between three and five stars, although I have had two star experiences. Not all technicians are conscientious about looking around for obvious problems.
Explained my wife's concern & felt more relaxed. Timely.
Excellent service. The technician is extremely responsive to my requests. If a problem arises I call the service number and usually get service the same day. I am very pleased I have had Clark Pest Control working with me to deal with bug and rodent problems when they occur.
All of your service techs have been wonderful (prompt, courteous and cognizant of wearing protective footwear when entering my house). My current service tech Adam, is outstanding; knowledgeable and very professional!! If I have to make a call to your office for a particular pest problem, the message is relayed to the tech so they are prepared.
