I am very happy with Clark. When I call to make an appointment the are always friendly and very accommodating. It's several years and I will continue to do business with your company. The technicians are nice and professional.

I've went through 3 technicians and each of them were courteous and professional.. Felt like they like what they do. I understand we can always call for the technicians to come out for no extra charge. However, 2 months in between seems like a long time for normal maintenance schedule.

We have used Clark Pest for many years now and we have always enjoyed good service, however the best service has been provided by Makoto Maderia. He is always personable and is willing to go above and beyond what is required of him. Lately, he informed me that I may have had rodents trying to enter my crawlspace via the vent system. I repaired the vent and I thank Makoto for letting me know. He also let me know that if rodents had gained entrance he would return to set traps. this is an average rating. it equates from a 4 for getting the job done and a less than 2 for continuing to show up at our door saying you have an appointment. clearly our ideas of having an appointment differ. calling us and leaving a voicemail of a time when you will show up and/or sending us an e-mail or card in the mail is not an appointment. us calling you back to confirm schedule and agree on a time is. it is furstrating as a customer to be told when we need to be here for you. this needs to be a part of the service if... read more
