Need to be MUCH MORE proactive at going after pests (rats, mice, spiders, gophers, etc.) . I have had an ongoing rat problem and all that my technician does is set traps, and leaves them for two months. It took several calls and complaints to get someone to inspect the crawl space and attic and make recommendations. We also have a LOT of spiders and our technician does not regularly sweep them out of the garage. All he does is spray the outside of house. I've cancelled my service with Clark. It was rare after a few early visits to have the same technician thus the service was spotty at best. The prices for the same service kept rising without increasing the quality or consistency.
bugs are still around just a week after the last service.
We never know which day he will be spraying at our place. It would be nice to know. We don't know if he has knocked down spider webs or not. Even if he has been to our place. It would be nice if we knew if the person who is spraying would let us know, they have been to our place.
I hear knocking sounds in my walls and roof ... presumably from some sort of animal such as gopher or squirrels that have got into the house. But Clark does not seem to know how to handle this. All they do is spray for 5 minutes and charge $100. I NEED THEM TO SOLVE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE NOT TO JUST SPRAY

I'VE BEEN SEEING DEAD BUGS IN THE GARAGE SO THE TREATMENTS MUST BE WORKING
We had a new problem that we thought was insects but it was a mouse. Our provider set traps and we caught a mouse that evening. No further problem. He also sprayed the garage again for spiders. This appears to be an ongoing issue that will have to be addressed on future visits. The flour moths are almost gone. A rare moth siting and no new infestation of food.
We have used Clark for years now and we've had no pest issues until recently. For the first time we noticed rats running through our yard. I think this was from our neighbor leaving out food and water for his dogs. The death of our old cat may have had some effect as well! I sent a e-mail to Clark and within minutes they responded. A technician came out a day or so later and set up bait traps. After a few weeks we no longer saw rats in the backyard. Thanks Clark!
