Excellent The person who services the house is excellent.
Since we've had a change in service technician, there have been problems: twice, the tech showed up on the wrong day. For the last service, he did not announce his presence as we are used to by coming to the front door and asking if we had any pest problems other than the usual. I saw him come round the house when he stopped spraying at the corner and then only only sprayed again at the other corner, leaving the whole back of the house untreated.
It was a very bad experience and unfortunately we signed up our two homes with them. Poor customer service, not much experience in what to use, they keep passing the baton to next one. Just bad, had to call and report about no change in pest control a few times....
On a number of occasions Clark has been a no show on service day.
Communication with Clark was bad. Service never happened when it was scheduled. The mole/gopher situation continued even though the technician insisted there was no activity. It was a constant struggle to get someone to listen to us. Would never recommend Clark to friends or family. PS: Over-priced as well.
I do not like having to sign up for a one-year contract. If Clark continues that policy I will find another company for my pest control needs.

Clark Staff will not call if I cant make it to My house to check Rodents. They will come Out to spray but what do they really spray?
I have both the bug spraying and the termite services with your company. The last couple of technicians I have had come for the bug spraying have used handheld spraying equipment and have not hooked up to the hose on their truck. I have been told that both methods of spraying use the same solution but I feel that the power and spray distance of the handheld unit does not get as far under my house through the vents as the hose method.
