We would 100% recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a home! This was our first home together and my first time buying a home. Having Mike to call and ask questions too was very helpful in understanding the whole process. My credit wasn't the best and he still got us a lender when others turned me/us away. It's awesome that Mike is here start to finish. Even now after closing I like that I can still contact Mike for help, questions or advice!

Mike Rankin is by far the best lender i dealt with... From the first day i met and sat with mike.. My wife and I knew we was dealing with someone who knew what we was looking for.. Mike was one of the best parts of our home-buying process. He went out of his way to help us every step of the way, and without exaggerating, we could say he was like an angel on our shoulder the entire time :) Wouldn't go through the process without him ever again.
