We explored several lenders and as soon as we talked with Nathan the choice was obvious. He made an overwhelming process feel easy and smooth, and alleviated our anxiety by explaining things clearly. He was there with information before we could even ask the question! We moved from far away and he even helped us out with other recommendations for other services in the area as well!

I met with mike a couple weeks back to go over financial options for a mortgage. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gives you all the information you need to know before you lock yourself into a bad loan that doesn’t work for you. If you are a first time home buyer, you really need to meet with mike to get a full understanding on how a loan works.

I am a first time home buyer and Mike and his team at Clearpath made everything so easy for us. We didn’t know at all what we were getting in to and he made it feel so easy and idiot-proof. ClearPlath made an experience typically known to be stressful and overwhelming smooth and rewarding.
