I met with mike a couple weeks back to go over financial options for a mortgage. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gives you all the information you need to know before you lock yourself into a bad loan that doesn’t work for you. If you are a first time home buyer, you really need to meet with mike to get a full understanding on how a loan works.

I am a first time home buyer and Mike and his team at Clearpath made everything so easy for us. We didn’t know at all what we were getting in to and he made it feel so easy and idiot-proof. I know we would not have been able to find the home we did with his help. He answered my calls and questions on Saturday nights and helped me walk through my payments while making BBQ for his family. ClearPlath made an experience typically known to be stressful and overwhelming smooth and rewarding.
