I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking to apply/ get pre approved for a mortgage. Nathan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and would always get back to me right away with any questions that I had. Not only was he very friendly and reliable, but was also able to lower my closing costs the day of my closing. Would recommend Nathan to anyone!

We were pointed to Mike Rankin by our realtor after we told her how our current Mortgage advisor had drastically overcalculated what she thought we could afford and was also extremely pushy and assumed we knew much more than a typical first time home buyer would. As a first-time home buyer, I found Mike to be extremely helpful in both generating my mortgage as well as explaining everything throughout the entire process. There are a lot of fees and other things to navigate that would have generated a lot of stress if I did not have someone by my side to help me.

Nathan was extremely helpful throughout our house buying process. He was very dedicated to helping us and putting us first. He was able to beat the rate we requested and got us a nice low mortgage payment. He was even able to lower closing costs at the end of the closing by nearly 35%. He is very realiable with his work. He came to our closing and made things very easy. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone the firstime buyer or the tenth home he will make it very easy and hand off on the buyers end.
