Nathan Averill and his team at Clearpath Mortgage Solutions were indispensable as I ventured to acquire three small apartment buildings (in the capital District and beyond) in very close succession. This was especially sensitive as each loan was unique and impacted the others for qualifying. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful during the home buying process. This being my first home purchase, a lot of the process was rightfully unfamiliar. Mike and his team were very adamant about ensuring that my wife and I knew exactly what was happening and why. His responses were quick (~5min) and their end goal was to make sure we had a wonderful home buying experience. If I ever am in the market for a new home again, Mike is my go to.

Mike and his team at Clearpath were extremely efficient, well organized and a pleasure to work with. His dedication is what differentiates him from other mortgage brokers and lenders.
