Where do I start? Working with Nathan & ClearPath Mortgage Solutions throughout the home buying process was truly a god send. Mike was absolutely amazing! They make the whole process as stress free as they can. They guide you threw every step. I will be using them in the future if we ever need to buy another home.

Have worked with Mike on three separate occasions, each time in attempt to move closer to where I work. First two times did not work out due to real-estate market, but Mike was able to guide me along the way financially. Third attempt, we sold our home the day we listed it, and bought our new home the following week. We went back to Mike due to his compassion, knowledge, the responsible team he has built, and his personal follow up.

Mike Rankin was very good, consistent and very communicative. Even with a time constraint he took the time to keep us updated and on the right path. He sat down with me and helped educate me on any decisions i decided to make. He is also a very kind hearted person.

I cannot say enough this man! This was a long and stressful process but Mike had my back every step of the way! He is clear, great at explaining things so you can understand in normal terms, pays great attention to detail and made sure to calm my nerves through it all.
