"Great overall experience!" My experience with Ford of Cleveland was very pleasant and I can say I walked away very satisfied! "Powertrain Warranty sealed the deal" Was in the market for a crossover, stopped here because they had an Outback that was a good deal (over $100 below the market value). JD was very friendly and helpful, he did not pressure us or try to upset us. I was between this car and a Forester at another dealership, but Cleveland Ford has a powertrain warranty for as long as I own the car.
