"Oil change-Tire Rotation" Fast, courteous, thorough and informative service. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. Carter was very friendly and helpful. I will return for all my service needs.
"ccini" Ciji was great with me. I have difficulty walking and she is always super helpful. Everyone else has treated me well but ciji made a strong, excellent impression on me.
"First Service of New Car" I took my 2019 Ford Fiesta in to Cleveland Ford for it's first service. Although I had not purchased the car at that location, I was treated very courteously and my car was finished in very little time. The customer waiting area is comfortable with free Wi-Fi and the service team keeps you apprised at every step. I was most satisfied.
"A terrible experience, but eventually redeemed" My frustrations mostly consisted of communication. The service provider that I was assigned was not helpful at all. I finally got the Service Manager involved. His name is Ryan. He did an outstanding job restoring my faith at this Ford Dealership. Ryan you get 5 stars for your urgency.
