"Transmission" I had to have a transmission replaced and Ryan kept me informed on everything. I wish it could have been cheaper especially when the labor cost almost as much as the transmission did
"Ford Ranger Purchase" Although Cleveland Ford is about an hour's drive from where we live I got a great buy on a 2019 Ford Ranger and feel the business is worth the distance. Got to speak with Chopper Lamar about and issue I had and was impressed with him and the way it was handled. Recommended.
"An Easy Purchase" It is refreshing not to have to argue and hagle over the vehicles price. The vehicles are a nice quality and priced Right. JD was very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
"Great!" Took our Mercury Mariner in for needed warranty work. Ryan was great and took extra care to answer my questions and make me comfortable. Work was completed same day. My wife and I are happy!
"great" I got there early because I didn't have an appointment. The shop wasn't open yet Ron said it would be a couple of our and that was ok with me. well the store opened at 8:00 am and Ron came and got me a 15 after 8. Now I don't know where anybody else get their oil changed and tires rotated but 15 minuets id probably a record.
"The service department is very professional !" Answered many questions quickly and helped me understand the service needed for my SUV! Also guided me in finding a rental car with a great discount .
""Pleasant Experience"" Dee Desutter was very nice to deal with. He got us as good of a deal as we could ask for. He was very knowledgeable of product. He went over and above anyone we have dealt with before on showing us options on truck, and how to work everything. Thanks Dee
"Service dept." Had to have car towed in due to very dead battery. Ryan Martin is my service advisor and immediately got the car into service to diagnose the problem. Battery was under warranty, replaced, and everything was taken care of in a most polite, professional manner. Ryan is always available for any questions or concerns I may have. The service department at Cleveland Ford is always very busy, but I have never felt rushed or pressured.
"Went as expected on service " Had appt for Oil and filter change. The process tool longer than I would have liked but the people were very friendly and attentive. The people in main showroom went out of their way to help me review some autos when the service ran long.
