"Work performed to satisfaction " From walk-in and talking to service writer was made to feel welcoming that my service repair would be taken care of in a timely manner
"Cleveland Ford Service" Service in Cleveland Ford has always been excellent and goes above and beyond in attending to my vehicles. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership.
"Beware of extra cost" If you expect to buy a vehicle for the price you see on cargurus, you will be disappointed. The price does not include document fees and an add-on for a security package that all of their vehicles have (around $2000 for both). Their staff is friendly and helpful. A vehicle will also need a deep cleaning after purchase.
"Impressed with speedy service" I actually was impressed that I was able to receive service on a holiday. It's not easy for me to take time off from work to take care of my car and was glad the dealer has service that is convenient for its customers. Also the length of time was amazing as well.
"Goes the extra mile " The transmission was slipping on my 2018 ford ecosport. Ryan drove it every day for a week to get it to replicate what is was telling him was happening. Finally it did it and he was able to be my problem solved with a bit of help from the ford corporation. He's the best person that I have dealt with with my now 2nd ford in 3 years.
"Extremely efficient, no pressure purchase." I bought a used truck. Found it online. Had my own financing in place when I got to the dealership. They were quick and efficient. No pressure selling. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out with my truck within one hour of arriving at dealership. Will go to them from now on. If purchasing a used vehicle make sure you ask for the fuel tank to be full. The only negative, the vehicle only came with one key. Also it didn’t have a key FOB.
