"Very Pleased!" I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in for a recall. Jerry Johnson always goes out of his way, going the EXTRA MILE for people! When Jerry makes his famous saying...."..I'll take care of you"! He really does back -up his saying . I feel Larry Hill Ford has some great employees!! And, Jerry Johnson is one of the top ones ! "Love my Honda purchase" Excellent customer service, fast processing. I was there looking after normal business hours, Trevor offered to let us drive the car and then take it home overnight to help u make a decision. Then the next day, processing of purchase went very quickly. They even repaired a small area of the arm rest.
"Warranty Airbag Work" Took 2 hours less than we thought for the swap and Jerry Johnson in service was great! They also provided shuttle service to and from my house which was very helpful.
"Quick service" Had me in and out in 30 minutes when I had my car serviced. Very friendly as well. I had bad experiences with Marshall mize Ford every time I been there such as it taking 4 hours for an oil change WITH an appt. not only once but twice among other issues. Ron Penepent made sure that didn't happen to me at Larry hill. I'll def. never take my car to marshall mize again.
"warranty service work for 2015 Ford Edge" Very impressed with the service I received at Larry Hill Ford. Their service consultant was very helpful. They replaced the defective part on my Edge which was under warranty and balanced my tires and replaced my key battery for free. Highly recommended.
"Very time efficient " It was time for my truck to be serviced. Took it in right after lunch. Joe Strengths said they would get right on it very short wait time.
"Blue 2013 Ford Truck" Ron Penepent did a wonderful job providing service for my Blue 2013 Ford Truck. I have known Ron for a number of years, and he does a great job for his service clients. High marks for Ron.
