"F150 Service" I brought my truck in for routine service and as what now seems to be a very normal thing, Jerry Johnson was going out of his way to attending to me. He came to the waiting room multiple times to update me of its status and how I can avoid eating in the future. Made me feel like I was the only one being serviced. It's always a joy to see him.

"Courteous " The dealership was great about working with you even with lower credit. The finance manger was good about coming back with several different options. They were not about only one way to finance or have an option to finance. The sales representative was wonderful. He wasn't pushy and rude like a lot of sales representatives who do not care. "Best Car Buying Experience Ever" I have bought a lot of cars, and let me tell you that Brad Flippen and Randy Ringler made this experience THE BEST experience I have had. Brad answered all of my questions and set up an appointment for me to look a the vehicle the next day and Randy had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me to look at when I arrived. "JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!" I had been to two other dealerships who could not seem to come up with anything close to what I wanted. I drove on to Larry Hill Used Cars and immediately found it. "I had one of the best truck purchases ever." Shopping for and buying a automobile is one of my least favorite things to do. But, the Larry Hill Dealership was a very good buying experience, not quite like most dealerships I have dealt with, a big thanks to our sales person, Ricky Kisor, a most excellent person to work with.

"Service" This was the first service on my F150. Jerry Johnson provided excellent customer service very friendly and the work was done within the timeframe he quoted. I will continue to have my truck serviced there..
