"Very Courteous" Jerry was very courteous and took care of my trucks service in a timely manner and kept me updated on the progress...great guy to deal with
"routine service" Routine service was done on a very timely basis. Waiting room was very neat an d clean. Service manager was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the work performed..
"Great customer service" I was nervous because we had so many issues with our vehicle and I felt like there was no hope.. so reluctantly I called to see if they could help.. Jerry Johnson answered the phone and there was peace of mind all the way. He was very nice and opposite of what the hell I had been through with the vehilce. Although it did cost a few hundred to repair the vehicle I am happy with the outcome, so far so good.
"Service" I had taken my Wagon in for oil change was taken in quickly compared to what i thought and i was able to get my cell phone set up on my vehicle as well very Happy Thanks Ted
"Buy new car" Excellent service with no pressure . Good choice of cars. Kevin Placek was easygoing and knowledgeable. Michelle Phillips was very helpful in showing me features on my car. They worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I am very happy with my car.
"Friendly " Everyone at the dealership are so friendly and knows the product line. We enjoyed our experience and was able to leave with a 2016 F150.

"Got my dream truck. Thanks, Todd and Shane." I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. Todd Olinger was my salesman and Shane Gay handled the financing. "Great Salesman" I was shopping for an SUV and salesman Frank Villalona worked hard to get me the best price on a SUV and then he stayed in touch. I had a less than favorable experience at Toyota of Cleveland where they treated me like I didn't count and that I probably wouldn't or couldn't buy their car. They didn't realize I could have bought two or three of their cars. However the experience at Larry Hill Ford working with Frank and his manager was much different.
