"Got my dream truck. Thanks, Todd and Shane." I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. Todd Olinger was my salesman and Shane Gay handled the financing. They went above and beyond to put me in my dream truck. I would recommend these guys to anyone. 3 weeks later Todd sold my nieces a good dependable car for college. Thanks to the both of you. "Great Salesman" I was shopping for an SUV and salesman Frank Villalona worked hard to get me the best price on a SUV and then he stayed in touch. I had a less than favorable experience at Toyota of Cleveland where they treated me like I didn't count and that I probably wouldn't or couldn't buy their car. They didn't realize I could have bought two or three of their cars. However the experience at Larry Hill Ford working with Frank and his manager was much different.
"F150 Service" I brought my truck in for routine service and as what now seems to be a very normal thing, Jerry Johnson was going out of his way to attending to me. He came to the waiting room multiple times to update me of its status and how I can avoid eating in the future. Made me feel like I was the only one being serviced. It's always a joy to see him.
"Thanks and Praise ." My family and I have purchased 40 plus cars from this dealership in a 10 year span. "Courteous " The dealership was great about working with you even with lower credit. The finance manger was good about coming back with several different options. They were not about only one way to finance or have an option to finance. The sales representative was wonderful. He wasn't pushy and rude like a lot of sales representatives who do not care. "Best Car Buying Experience Ever" I have bought a lot of cars, and let me tell you that Brad Flippen and Randy Ringler made this experience THE BEST experience I have had. "I had one of the best truck purchases ever." Shopping for and buying a automobile is one of my least favorite things to do. But, the Larry Hill Dealership was a very good buying experience, not quite like most dealerships I have dealt with, a big thanks to our sales person, Ricky Kisor, a most excellent person to work with.
