"Car purchase" I was very impressed with Shaun Kessler. He called me and sent me a video of the car I was interested in. When I returned his call, he told me that J D Catlett would be contacting me. J D called me and arranged the time for me to test drive the car. Excellent Customer service. I purchased the car that day. "Excellent Customer Service " I came in a couple days ago to discuss the possibility of trading my current F-150 for a different one in hopes of getting a better monthly payment. Brad Doty assisted me and was excellent to work with. He knew exactly what I wanted and why. I didn’t make a trade that day, but they’re bringing in another truck for me to look at that’s currently located at another lot. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I experienced from Brad and Cleveland Ford.
