I felt like he really cared about helping us find the car for us. He was very trustworthy and did not pressure us at all. Ben Myers is extremely friendly and fair. "Pressure free buying experience!" I purchased a new car from another dealer less than a year ago and was suffering buyers remorse. I started browsing on line for what a really wanted, a small suv. "Car purchase" I was very impressed with Shaun Kessler. He called me and sent me a video of the car I was interested in. When I returned his call, he told me that J D Catlett would be contacting me. J D called me and arranged the time for me to test drive the car. Excellent Customer service. I purchased the car that day. "Excellent Customer Service " I came in a couple days ago to discuss the possibility of trading my current F-150 for a different one in hopes of getting a better monthly payment. Brad Doty assisted me and was excellent to work with. He knew exactly what I wanted and why. I didn’t make a trade that day, but they’re bringing in another truck for me to look at that’s currently located at another lot.
