"Wonderful Experience " So, I have had my 2011 Ford Fusion for 5 years and it was time for something new! I came out to Cleveland Ford and literally Brian greeted us and I told him what I was wanting, we test drove one vehicle, I fell and love and we were here for 3 hours start to finish and I walked away with the car I love!!!!!! Brian was very helpful, funny, and just made the experience so easy!
"Trucks everywhere. " My wife and I had an overall great experience shopping here for our new truck. We test drove ten different trucks while working with our salesman David Essex. "Internet Sales Purchase" It was a bit rocky in the beginning. When I finally spoke with a live person, they were able to assist me with our new purchase. Since we were coming from several miles away, they took care of us in a timely manner when signatures were required. Will keep this dealership in mind when we decide to purchase again.
