"Purchased a Ford Explorer" Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were willing to work with us and our budget. They also answered every question we had. Our only issue was that our negotiations started at $5,000 above the listed price on the website. Eventually we were able to get the price down towards the one listed on the website.

"Excellent service" I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Cleveland ford this year. My salesman Tarique Ridgeway was a pleasure to deal with both time. Also I was looking to purchase a specific vehicle earlier this year for my daughter's graduation gift Tarique did his best to find the vehicle she wanted. Unfortunately was not able to but we did find one at another dealership. But he never tried to pressure us into buying something that she didn't want. And to me that makes a great salesman. "Great service by Elliott" Elliott worked over some to give us a test drive. He helped us greatly on the test drive and purchase details with our trade in. Trade in offer was a great price. Not our uncle but Uncle Ade took care of us on the financing part. Very friendly helpful both of them on our used vehicle purchase.
"Great experience! " We recently traveled from Birmingham to look at a truck at Cleveland Ford. Our salesman, Brad Doty, was fantastic! Before we made the trip, he took extra photos of the vehicle and texted them to us to help answer some specific questions we had. When we arrived, he had the truck pulled up and waiting for us to inspect and test drive. The buying process was super easy and Brad was great to work with.
