"They made the numbers work!!" My husband and I had in mind a few vehicles we had seen on the website, so when we arrived, we were met by John Yow. John let us test drive the SUV's we were interested in and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about each vehicle we test drove. "I felt appreciated" Brad Doty was on the ball to send me a video and general manager called to follow up in case I had questions. I felt appreciated and not ignored being a female customer. From sales to finance, everyone involved in making a sale complete worked as a team and made it a positive experience. (Fun staff!)
"Good customer service " HE was a very helpful and polite dealer. He was accommodating and constantly making sure we were ok. If I could give only him a rating it would be 5 stars. However the dealership itself would only receive 2 stars. We drove 3 and a half hours to get a car that was priced decently. In the pictures it only showed one flaw a fading of color on the front bumper. "Great service in Sales, Finance/Delivery process lacking" JD Catlett was my salesman and he was fabulous, went above and beyond what was necessary. When I had to come in later in the day for a test drive, he made arrangements to ensure another salesperson was available and waiting on me - Chris Day who was also excellent. I ended up not trading but Brad went to great lengths to make sure I made the right decision. That is very appreciated because most people wld have said anything just to make a sale. Our only issue was that our negotiations started at $5,000 above the listed price on the website. Eventually we were able to get the price down towards the one listed on the website.
