"I felt appreciated" Brad Doty was on the ball to send me a video and general manager called to follow up in case I had questions. I felt appreciated and not ignored being a female customer. From sales to finance, everyone involved in making a sale complete worked as a team and made it a positive experience. (Fun staff!)
"Good customer service " HE was a very helpful and polite dealer. He was accommodating and constantly making sure we were ok. If I could give only him a rating it would be 5 stars. However the dealership itself would only receive 2 stars. We drove 3 and a half hours to get a car that was priced decently. In the pictures it only showed one flaw a fading of color on the front bumper. "Great service in Sales, Finance/Delivery process lacking" JD Catlett was my salesman and he was fabulous, went above and beyond what was necessary. When I had to come in later in the day for a test drive, he made arrangements to ensure another salesperson was available and waiting on me - Chris Day who was also excellent.
