Shout out to Josh and Andrew for their work on our HVAC system. We are in the middle of a major heat wave and have an older system that we purchased from Climate Control back in 2012. Andrew and Josh were very thorough in reviewing our options and gave us time to make a decision. We chose to repair the existing system, and the part was not readily available, so Josh provided a temporary one room portable air conditioner so that we had something to cool our bedroom and could get sleep. I spoke with Ashley when a called for service. On one of the hottest days this year, our AC unit quit running. Ashley was so very helpful scheduling the repair. The service man quickly and professionally resolved the failure. Thank you both for your help.
