Thorough. Troy explained how the heating and cooling system works. And how / when to replace the filter. And changing the season dial to the correct season for the house.

I needed a 4-pack of polarized filter media. I was able to purchase these in person at your business in Liberty. The young lady at the reception desk was very nice and friendly. The gentleman who bought the filters to me was also extremely nice. I have been thoroughly impressed with all of my dealings with Climate Control Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.
Technician was very polite and efficient. Explained everything to me.and gave me helpful hints on how to take care of my system.
