Dr. Harris and all the nurses are amazing!!! As a mom of 2 teenage boys- I really wanted a male doctor so the boys feel more comfortable. He's very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Dr. Harris

Moved to Newport a few months ago and changed pediatrics to Coastal kids, I'm very happy with Dr Abelowitz, his knowledge and his staff.
I love Dr. Pertz! I had a 36 week baby and needed to go in the office often for weight checks and jaundice. I saw many doctors and Dr. Pertz was my favorite! She is who I continue to see because she makes us feel at peace and cared about. She always remembers us and treats us like a friend. I love her knowledge and kindness. I would recommend everyone to go to coastal kids because it is a great office and they are open 7 days a week.
Dr Abelowitz is truly an amazing doctor and thought-leader in pediatrics! I interviewed many pediatricians before deciding on Coastal Kids and no one impressed me more than Dr Abelowitz. I believe he is the smartest, most compassionate, well networked doctor in all of Orange County and he always gives you plenty of time and never makes me feel rushed. I am such a huge fan of this practice, especially Dr. Pertz. She has been our pediatrician since my son was born and is so good with him and so nice and patient with us. I trust her so much and am so glad we found her and Coastal Kids. She truly cares about our son and always takes the time to understand and address our questions and concerns. Love love love this place, great doctors... all are very nice, I personally like Dr Abelwitz, hardworking patient guy. I would not want to have his job. It's tough to deal with crying kids and nervous parents. I am very happy with my son's pediatrician, even though i don't always to get to see my favorite Doc. But all in all, there is a reason why they are busy. Great staff very sweet and helpful.
My kids, now 13, 11 and 6 have gone to Coastal kids since birth. Dr. Brown has always been our #1 Dr. There were times when we did see other Dr's or Nurse Practioners for sick visits when Dr. Brown wasn't available who've always been great. Dr. Brown recently left coastal kids to go practice at another medical group that no longer accepts my family's insurance. I can't say enough positive things about Coastal Kids!! I have been taking my 4 children here for 13+ years and I'm so grateful for the service and care we have received from the entire Coastal Kids staff. Dr. Abelowitz and his team have always impressed me with their thoughtfulness and thoroughness when treating my children.
