Matt was great right from the start! On the day of our showings, we were not able to find a sitter but Matt greeted our children with high 5's and did not make a stink about it one bit. Matt is a phenomenal agent. Every opportunity I have had to discuss the local real estate market with him, he has proven to know the ins and outs and been able to provide helpful hints. He also knows exactly what to look for in a granite kitchen, and what are potential signs of shortcuts taken in the worksmanship.
