My fiancé and I were very pleased to have Matt Osofsky by our side in buying our first home. He exceeded every quality you want in a real estate agent. He was always quick to respond whether it be by phone, email or text. He was extremely organized in the entire process keeping us updated on due dates, changes and so on. He is extremely accommodating, trustworthy and dependable. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did for our family.

Lance is an exceptional realtor. He was very prompt in responding our questions and requests. I was impressed by his time management and communication skills. We are from the Bay Area and are not familiar with Placer county. Lance’s knowledge in the local area helped us narrow down our search. Even after escrow, he deligently followed up on our requests. Kenny is a very kind and nice person , and he always respond quick . we moved from Seattle , and he is locally helpful , answer any questions I need or find us the resource to help. He was working so hard and doing the great job on the house we purchased. my family are all happy and love the house he help us . My Kids love the neighborhood that is so important to me. Matt has a lot of experience buying and selling homes throughout California. He is very much aware of rules and regulations within the real estate world. He is great at differentiating disasters and opportunities. I made him take me to almost 30 homes. After crossing out a few houses that didn't pan out, I ended up purchasing a newly remodeled cozy home in the beautiful city of Roseville.
