Lance is very professional and efficient with his job. He will answer all your questions and will not push you to rush you on buying. He will make sure you are happy and comfortable. He will not ask you to sign any paper/contract that will tie you into buyer/realtor agreement. He will show you houses even if you decide to get your own realtor. Five star for him from our family. Lance was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us sell our condo as well as purchase our new home. Matt sold our house very quickly and we got a fair amount more than asking price. His marketing ideas worked well for gaining interest in the property prior to going on the market.
I met Matt when his beautiful daughter was born. Didn't know he was a realtor. I fired one realtor after another and was ready to rent a place when Matt's wife, whom I'm working with, told me Matt was a realtor and was able to help me.
