Lance helped me purchase my second home in Roseville. He was always available around the clock, and responded within minutes. He was patient and easy to work with. It turned out to be a bidding war and Lance went out of his way to fight for me. I couldn’t have come out on top without him. So thankful to have found Lance and be in my dream home. I will be recommending Lance to my friends and family.

Lance more than exceeded our expectations. Hos local knowledge helped us streamline our decision making. He is kind, courteous, and knows alot about so many things when it comes to building or buying a home. He was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Kenny called me after signing up on a website that I found on Facebook to look at homes. I told him I had a realtor already. But we kept talking and I felt really comfortable. He sent me houses, I was actually interested in. He impressed me. I found some houses that I wanted to see and he met us there and we talked more. He actually listened, I felt comfortable and asked him to be my realtor. He showed us houses on our schedule and we found our home. Kenny follows through and really cares. I highly recommend him.

Kenny has been more than amazing during our whole home buying process. Not only has he been extremely knowledgeable, he has patiently taken the time to answer all my questions even late at night and on the weekends. He has communicated with us from the very beginning ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises, as well as negotiating everything he thought was in our best interest. Wish we could give him more than 5 stars and he spoiled us as our agent. We will most definitely use him in any and all future transactions.
