Matt was able to find us the house we made our home. Buying s home can be very frustrating, but Matt made it an almost stress free experience. He was able to talk with the other realtor and get things taken care of quickly. I would recommend Matthew Osofsky when looking for a new home.
Lance was with us from start to finish on our home purchase. I was a first-time home buyer and Lance help my girlfriend and I find exactly what we were looking for in our home. Lance was very responsive to phone calls, texts and email throughout the process. I hope to not be moving again any time soon, but if I do, I will be reaching back out to Lance.
Lance helped us get our first home. We were out of town buyers and in market for our very first home. Lance was always available, and responded to our email/text within minutes. He was patient with us, provided valuable guidance, and also honest and straightforward to help us set right expectation in the market. He went above and beyond to make our transition as smooth as possible, especially when seller (new home builder, in our case) agent wasn’t very cooperative. I would recommend Lance to my friends and family.

Lance is great at his craft. He is always available to answer questions and talk about the home buying process, even late weekdays or weekends. For us, this was essential as we where looking to get into a new home quickly. It's obvious that Lance has great insight the Sacramento and Placer County area. I had responded to an advertisement on realtor.com for a property being advertised in the Placerville area.
