He shares information freely, works hard for you plus reaches out with good information even on a weekend (he once called me on a Sunday morning because he knew I'd want to know the good news immediately). This is our second time working with Paul. Previously he was our buyers agent and this time, he was our listing agent. As before, it was a great experience. He is extremely attentive and detail oriented, which is just what anyone would want in a real estate agent. Paul had a great game plan for listing our house from prepping the house to put on the market, pricing to draw interest, marketing the house, and negotiating offers.
