Kyle has helped me re-fi 2 different properties. He is extremely knowledgable and professional. Kyle explains everything with clarity and common terms. Buying and refinancing a home is a major ordeal and can be very stressful! I felt very confident the first time I spoke with Kyle and that exactly why 2 years later I called on him again when my mother passed and I had to deal with her property. In the 30 years I have been in Sacramento I've owned and sold 20 or 25 properties and dealt with a lot of agents. I found Paul to be one of the best I have relied on. On top of the normal questions, local knowledge, etc. I found Paul to be always courteous, positive and responsive.

Kyle was so great to work with as a knowledgeable realtor and mortgage lender with lots of experience. He always answered calls even beyond business hours and followed up with everything. There were no delays in any part of the process thanks to his quick responses and submissions of all the necessary paperwork. Paul did a great job for me. He answered all of my questions, stayed on top of the bank (the seller) which was a task and the title company. He will be getting more business from me in the future.
