Kenny was extremely professional yet personable in our interactions. He listened to what my needs were, what requirements I had, and what my deadline was, and took them into serious consideration when picking houses to show me. He is rapid in his responses and demonstrates compassion and sincerity with his clients.
Kenny did an amazing job. He was the third realtor to contact us and we was the best. When we were looking for our house, we were living in Germany and Kenny would go to each house that we were interested in and video chat us from the house. He even would video us the neighborhood just to make sure we liked it. We was available 24/7 even with the time difference. Just an amazing job!
Kenny was really helpful getting us into our new home. He made suggestions to help us make an attractive offer and strong negotiations which got us into the house and neighborhood we wanted! He's nice, professional and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. He stayed on top of the whole process and worked behind the scenes so we didn't have to.

Very professional, easy to work with, project managing skills was excellent which allowed me more time for my day-to-day actives/work schedule, understood the local housing market very well, had a true interest in houses and the architecture aspect.
