Amazing work on my rental house that had excessive dog hair and dirt in the duct work and stank of wet dog constantly It's amazing how wonderful it smells in the house now I'm using them again and on all the houses

Coit cleaned my carpets on Mon, 03/31/25; I was scheduled for 9 am- 12pm;one of the technician called early am to let me know it would be close to noon before they would arrive, I really appreciated the. Coit is a quality company that kept me in the loop from scheduling to project completion. They did a great job cleaning my hvac ductwork showing me the equipment and what its purpose was during the process. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitize every piece of ductwork. By job completion, I could not tell they were ever here, cleaning the entire area. Great job guys!

We needed our vents cleaned in our house and Mike came out and gave us a high quality quote with a 40% discount which was our best value. We accepted the quote and today Terry called before he came. I finally got my 20+ year old sofa cleaned. After years of ground in dog hair and dirt, Coit got it really clean. The man used time to do the job thoroughly and it came out cleaner than I expected. Based on my experience, I can recommend COIT for upholstery cleaning.

I used Coit to clean my cream area rug. I thought my rug was completely done for, and was really disappointed because I couldn't find a replacement I loved as much. They can quickly, picked up the rug, had it for a week, then delivered it back on time. It's truly never looked this clean. Maybe when it was purchased, but even then, I'm not sure. I'm extremely pleased and will be calling them again when it's time to clean my floors, air ducts, etc.

Recently had COIT do duct cleaning. A sales representative called within a day of my inquiry and we had a consult schedule for that week. That consult took place - very professional technician counted our vents, rooms, systems, etc. and gave a estimate within 30min. The actual cleaning took place the following week. The team if two spent about 3-4 hours blasting air into and vacuuming our vents. It's a loud process, so work from home is tough. I would love to give a shout out to Coit carpet cleaning service. The company gave us a time line of 9-12. Two of the representatives: Marvin and Justin were right on time at 9:00. These two young men were courteous and highly professional. They answered all on our questions. The carpet we had cleaned were in two large rooms. With that being said. It took them less than an hour. If anyone is in need of carpet cleaning or restriction services. Call Coit !!
